Telephone Skills
Telephone skills for an IT storage company. Styles varied
enormously. Most were too much on transmit and needed to
listen more effectively
Coaching relationship managers of an insurance firm
dealing with high net worth customers. There was a need to
handle people with tact and get key information from them
Voice Analysis
An individual SVP of a large company who wished to speak
with greater presence. The analysis showed he was not using
the lower part of his voice register and so sounded nervous
even though he was not. Significant progress was made to
enable him to lower his voice even when under pressure.
An individual wished to improve his effectiveness in
presenting. After voice analysis he found that his voice was
flat and boring. He compensated by altering levels of
intensity. With coaching he was able to use more expression
and show more clearly his feelings about a topic.
